1. Who can enter

Draws are open to people aged 18 or over with a Steam account in good standing. Draws are only open to residents of the United Kingdom. Entries from anywhere else are void. You can only enter while you're in your country of residence. Before entering you must pass an age check (a photo ID document check). The promoter's staff and their households can't enter. Entry from anywhere else, including through a VPN, is void, and payments will be refunded.

2. How to enter

Claim your free entry on the draw page: one per person per draw, and no purchase is needed. Where paid entries are offered, you can also buy extra entries on the draw page. Free and paid entries go into the same draw and each has the same chance of winning. Each draw page shows the entry price, the maximum number of entries and the per-person limit. UK residents can also enter free by post (see UK free postal entry). UK postal entries count toward the same limits and have the same chance of winning, and UK postal winners must verify their age before the prize is sent.

3. Closing date and draw

Each draw closes at the time shown on its page (UK time) or when the maximum number of entries is reached. The draw then happens automatically, however many entries were sold. One winner is picked at random from all valid entries using the provably fair method on the draw's verify page.

4. Prizes

The prize is the item listed. It's sent to the winner's Steam trade URL within 7 days. If the trade can't be completed within 14 days (for example, because the inventory is private or the trade URL is wrong), we may draw a new winner. There's no cash alternative. Stated values are approximate.

5. Payments, limits and refunds

Payments are taken by card through Stripe. All prices are in pounds sterling, and crypto payments are converted at the rate shown on the payment page. Crypto refunds go to the wallet address you give when paying, less network fees. You can set a personal spending limit per 30 days on your account. Residents of United Kingdom (£250.00) have a maximum spend per 30 days. You can take a break or self-exclude at any time on the Safer play page. If a draw is cancelled, or your payment arrives after a draw has closed or filled up, you get a full refund to your card. Entries are otherwise non-refundable.

6. Fair play

You can only enter with one Steam account. Multiple accounts, bots, and entries made for someone else aren't allowed. We may void entries and refund payments where we suspect fraud.

7. Your data

We store your SteamID, display name, trade URL, the result of your age check (not your photo or documents, which our age check provider handles), your purchase history and your limits. Winners' Steam display names are published. Contact us to access or delete your data.

8. General

Nothing in these rules affects your statutory rights. The promoter's decision on any matter not covered here is final. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. skindraw.gg is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Valve, Facepunch Studios or Steam.
